Those over 50 prefer Cialis

Half of people over 50 stated that the specific treatments are more valid if they allow you to make love spontaneously.

What is the preferred drug?

A study published in the Journal of Sex Medicine in 2008 showed that 79. 2% of women have preferred that their companion was treated with Cialis (whose active ingredient is Tadalafil), compared with 15.6% who preferred Viagra (whose active ingredient is Sildenafil). The partners, who have chosen Cialis, have expressed this preference because they feel more relaxed and therefore with Cialis sexual intercourse is more spontaneous and natural. The partners have preferred Sildenafil because they had the perception that they had met most of their fellow. So it is confirmed once again that Cialis pills for erectile dysfunction have a more natural effect, compared to Viagra, which acts with an erection more mechanical and limited in time.

Recall that Cialis has a staff of about 36 hours, but always requires sexual stimulation, while Viagra has a staff of about 3-4 hours, after which the action of Viagra vanishes altogether. But with Cialis, after a night of enjoyable sex with your partner, you can continue in the morning your day in the best possible way.

What makes the use of Cialis more natural - especially after 50 years - is the fact that we are talking with our partner.

Erectile dysfunction is a problem that affects 3 million Italians and we must certainly not be ashamed to admit this kind of problem, at least to our partner.

The G -spot

What is it?
For many women, it's a highly sensitive, highly erotic area that provides hours of pleasure. For others it's a knobbly bit that, when touched too much, creates an overwhelming sensation of needing a wee.
Some women can't feel any sensation at all while others don't seem to have one at all.
Some women say they ejaculate when their G-spot is stimulated.

Are you ready to become the supreme master of G Spot sex and feel always confident when sleeping with any woman you want ? Discover how easy it is to master ancient and secret techniques to give her a powerful G Spot orgasm and boost your sexual confidence.
And once you have enjoyed the reaction you receive from giving her these complete body orgasms, you will feel confident enough to approach any woman in a club,
because you know that you’re an excellent lover. And probably the best lover she’s ever had.

Have you ever wondered what the buzz about a woman’s G-spot is all about? When it comes to the sexual pleasures that a man can bring to a woman, giving her a G-spot orgasm is probably like winning the lottery. This is because the sensitivity of the nerve endings on a woman’s G-spot is comparable to the sensitivity of the penis head where all the sexual pleasure is centered. The problem is that the G-spot is something which is pretty difficult to locate.

Remember, we're all unique. You may have a sensitive G-spot or you may not. If you want to explore, do it light-heartedly. Don't turn it into the Holy Grail; there are many, many ways to enjoy your sexuality, and the G-spot is just one of them.

Is Super-P force like viagra ?

Super P-Force is a new super strength pill (taken orally) for Erectile Dysfunction. It works by combining the effects of Sildenafil Citrate (the power behind Kamagra) with Dapoxetine (a drug for the treatment of ). The benefits are obvious.
The medication is dispensed as a pill to be taken orally. The medication works by inhibiting naturally occurring processes to assist in maintaining an Erection. Super P-Force contains 100mg of Sildenafil Citrate and 60mg of Dapoxetine. The Dapoxetine prevents Premature Ejaculation.
Sildenafil (brand name: Viagra) is a medicine that doctors prescribe to help men who have erectile dysfunction have sex. Erectile dysfunction is the inability of the penis to become rigid (hard), or to stay rigid long enough to finish having sex. Sildenafil helps maintain an erection. So we can’t say that Super P-Force and Viagra are identical.
Super-P force is for erectyle disfunction like Viagra and for premature ejaculation at the same time, but both are intended to help men maintain a normal erection

Advantages Of Cialis on erectile function in men with erectile dysfunction

The drug company Eli Lilly, the manufacturer of Cialis, has been doing some research regarding the likelihood of men using erectile dysfunction medication. According to the survey over 3/4 of all men would use one of the three sexual performance drugs, (Viagra, Cialis or Levitra.)

The reasons that the men gave for not being able to perform sexually were varied and 33 percent said that their problem was purely physical. Thirty two percent of men said that they had a ‘lack of emotional communication’ with their sexual partner and seventeen percent blamed an ‘unstable state of mind’. From our extensive research at Ukmedix News we know that the vast majority of erectile dysfunction is not actually caused by mental problems but by physical ones.
In fact around 90% of all erectile dysfunction tends to be physical.

Use of an ED drug such as tadalafil, which produces long-lasting effects and allows more spontaneity in sexual activity, will improve ED symptoms in a favorable manner, and will not only improve the self-image of the ED patients, leading to activation and fulfillment of their lives as a whole, but will also enhance the satisfaction and security of their partners.

More sex for less Erectile Dysfunction

"Regular sexual activity preserves potency in a similar fashion as physical exercise maintains functional capacity,"
Frequent sexual intercourse may cut down on a man’s chances of developing erectile dysfunction, Finnish researchers report. “This is the same as any other part of the body. It’s what we in vascular surgery refer to as the ‘use it or lose it’ concept” .
Researchers took about 1,000 Finish men aged 55 to 75 and asked them how many times a week they had sex. All the men had "normal sexual function" at the beginning of the study.
They then followed the men for five years (presumably studying other things as well).
They found that men who had sex once a week or less had the highest risk for developing erectile dysfunction.
Men who averaged sex once a week had half the risk, and men who had sex three times or more each week only had a quarter of the risk of developing erectile dysfunction.
Sexual activity will promote maintenance of normal erectile function down the line.”

Erections and sexual dysfunction are in the headlines again

Erections and sexual dysfunction are in the headlines again, and this time, thanks to the miracles of modern medicine.

To shed light on our nation's psycho-sexual mindset, TIME.com offered a page of reflections from such cultural geniuses as Penthouse publisher Bob Guccione, who believes that male erectile dysfunction is more a symptom of women's demands for justice than men's increasing age or declining health. To Guccione, Viagra promises to cure not only impotence but women's uppity behavior, as well. "Feminism has emasculated the American male, and that emasculation has led to physical problems. This pill will take the pressure off men. It will... undercut the feminist agenda," Guccione said.

As far as studies are concerned, it has been witnessed that those people treated with sildenafil had significantly lower blood pressure and heart rate and improvement in measures of oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide production as compared with those on placebo. Total exercise time also increases significantly as a result of Viagra usage. Though every treatment is associated with some form of side effects but the study shows that the benefits may outweigh harmful side effects of treatment with sildenafil.

The successful treatment of ED with Viagra is a proven fact and its usefulness in the treatment of CHF will not only improve sexual relationships but the overall quality and success of CHF treatment. So, now this wonder drug will be beneficial for a wide range of people and it popularity will be on a rise.

How to use Viagra (step 9)

Help boost effectiveness. For men who respond poorly to erection drugs, it may help to combine the medication with the over-the-counter supplement, ArginMax. Researchers at University of California, Davis, worked with men with ED, who did not get much benefit from Viagra. The men took Viagra plus either ArginMax or a placebo. After four weeks, erections improved significantly in 22 percent of those taking the placebo, but among men using ArginMax, the figure was 60 percent.

How to use Viagra (step 8)

Be prepared to take more over time. The latest studies suggest that some men need to increase their dose over time. University of Alabama researchers tracked 150 men who took Viagra regularly for two years or more. During that period one-third increased their dose from 50 to 100 mg.

How to use Viagra (step 7)

Take erection drugs according to your doctor’s recommendations; this is extremely important. Viagra comes in 25, 50 and 100 mg pills. Side effects are more likely with a higher dose. The same appears to be true of **** and ****.

How to use Viagra (step 6)

Be aware that if you take any nitrate drug such as nitrate medication for heart disease, nitroglycerine for angina, or the party drug, amyl nitrate (“poppers”), you should not use erection drugs such as Viagra, **** or ****. The combination of Viagra and nitrate drugs can cause a precipitous drop in blood pressure and possibly death. Before this problem was identified, the combination of Viagra and nitrate medication killed more than 500 men.

Tuesday, March 24, 2009

How to use Viagra (step 5)

Know that, despite their success, erection drugs also have limitations. They are ineffective in about 25 percent of cases. As severity of ED increases, their effectiveness decreases. For example, the drugs work well in many men with the beginnings of diabetic ED, but less well in diabetics with considerable cardiovascular and neurological damage. In men with mild erection balkiness, these drugs may not work in some situations—if a man feels particularly stressed, distracted or alienated from the sexual experience.

How to use Viagra (step 4)

Research your insurance coverage. Some health insurers cover erection medications, but many provide only partial coverage, or none at all. However, even without insurance coverage these drugs are quite affordable. The Viagra dose most men take, 50 mg, costs about $10—a modest price to pay for an amorous evening free from erection worries!

How to use Viagra (step 3)

Learn about possible side effects. For most, but not all men, these drugs are quite safe. The only significant side effects are headache (16 percent of users), flushing (10 percent), upset stomach (7 percent), nasal congestion (4 percent), and rarely, visual disturbances (mostly in men with chronic eye conditions such as macular degeneration).

Monday, March 9, 2009

How to use Viagra (step 2)

Step2
Know how erection medications work. Currently there are four prescription drugs available for erection problems: Viagra, ****, **** and Yohimbine. They all essentially work the same way. Sexual arousal stimulates release of a compound, nitric oxide (NO), in the ****. Nitric oxide, in turn, triggers synthesis of cGMP, which relaxes the ****’ smooth muscle tissue, and allows extra blood to flow into the organ’s spongy central erectile tissues. Erection drugs enhance this smooth muscle relaxation, spurring greater blood flow into the ****.

Thursday, March 5, 2009

Step 1
Be aware the erection medication is not the answer to every man’s erection problem, though erection medication certainly has a place in treatment of ED. Many erection difficulties are caused by sexual anxiety, and resolve when men learn more about sex, relax about it, and adopt a less ****-centered, holistic and sensual approach to lovemaking. Other erection difficulties are caused by medical problems and resolve when the illnesses are treated. Many erection problems are caused by drugs (notably alcohol and cigarettes) and drug side effects and can be helped by cutting back on alcohol, quitting smoking, or tinkering with prescriptions.

Viagra boom!

The world of erection impairment changed dramatically on March 27, 1998—the day the Food and Drug Administration approved the little blue pill. Viagra is used for treatment of erection impairment, now medically called erectile dysfunction (ED). Viagra was not the first drug treatment for erection impairment (see Yohimbine below), but it was the one that captured the public’s imagination. Viagra took the U.S.—and the world—by storm. During its first month of availability, American doctors wrote more than 300,000 prescriptions, making Viagra the fastest-selling new drug in history. Within six months, repeat prescriptions were being written at the rate of 100,000 per month. Today, Viagra is one of the most successful drugs ever marketed. More than 10 million men have taken more than 125 million tablets. Annual sales approach $2 billion. And with millions of male Baby Boomers in their 50s, the future of the little blue pill—and other erection medications—looks bright.

Cialis

Cialis used for:
Treating erectile dysfunction (ED). Cialis is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor. It works by helping to increase blood flow into the penis during sexual stimulation. This helps you to achieve and maintain an erection.

Do NOT use Cialis if:
• you are allergic to any ingredient in Cialis
• you have severe liver problems or certain hereditary degenerative eye problems (eg, retinitis pigmentosa)
• you have certain heart problems (eg, unstable angina, angina during sexual intercourse, severe heart failure, uncontrolled irregular heartbeat), low blood pressure, or uncontrolled high blood pressure

• Cialis may cause dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting; alcohol, hot weather, exercise, or fever may increase these effects. To prevent them, sit up or stand slowly, especially in the morning. Sit or lie down at the first sign of any of these effects.
• Do not drink large amounts of alcohol (eg, 5 drinks or more) while you take Cialis . Doing so may increase your risk of dizziness, headache, fast heartbeat, and low blood pressure.

Symptoms of a heart attack may include chest, shoulder, neck, or jaw pain; numbness of an arm or leg; severe dizziness, headache, nausea, stomach pain, or vomiting; fainting; or vision changes. Symptoms of a stroke may include confusion; vision or speech changes; one-sided weakness; or fainting. Contact your doctor or seek medical attention right away if you experience these symptoms.
• Cialis may rarely cause a prolonged, painful erection. This could happen even when you are not having sex. If this is not treated right away, it could lead to permanent sexual problems such as impotence. Contact your doctor right away if this happens.
• Cialis may uncommonly cause mild, temporary vision changes (eg, blurred vision, sensitivity to light, blue/green color tint to vision) contact your doctor if vision changes persist or are severe.
• Do not use other medicines or treatments for erectile dysfunction while you are taking Cialis.
